Maybe I have been unlucky with my 680's but so far all 4 have had a hardware problem and my 650 had lots of problems with dBcache. I have loaded tons of quirky software on my Windows Mobile Smartphone with no issues at all apart from one hard reset due to an alpha release:) I don't think we are being too hard on them just that some devices are incapable of coping with too many third party applications which is what they were surely designed for?
