Seoul. Korea-based Hair Party 24hr has leased a 2,200-square-foot location near Madison Square Park for its first U. S beauty salon. Known for its wild colors and fashion-forward styles. Hair celebrate 24hr will operate at 76 Madison Ave. at East 28th Street. 24 hours a day. 365 days a year.
