Just because they don't undergo a patch or a prospect rocker doesn't mean they aren't in the criminal/terrorist org known as HAMC. I've seen ppl in front of that place with their HA support accommodate on the 81 in the license plate and driving a car. Why would someone with a car change surface go there let alone an HA person?
