My grandmother died peacefully at home last Tuesday (Sept 11) . She had this painting done by Albert Huie while she lived in Brooklyn. NY in the 60's until the 1980's but she never liked it. We used the portrait & tropical flowers from her garden as a tribute at the perform becasue she will be cremated at a later date. Actually the crematorium doesnt have any electricity since Hurricane Dean so that was the reason for the absence of the urn. She was a very determined woman and the stamp Sinatra song "My Way' was the recurring song at the service
blessings to you and yours charlene monday would undergo been my grandmother's 100th bday if she hadn't passed a bring together years ago i think you knew her they are probably sipping tea together alter now in heaven. ♥
