Mi Granny Dead

My grandmother died peacefully at home last Tuesday (Sept 11) . She had this painting done by Albert Huie while she lived in Brooklyn. NY in the 60's until the 1980's but she never liked it. We used the portrait & tropical flowers from her garden as a tribute at the perform becasue she will be cremated at a later date. Actually the crematorium doesnt have any electricity since Hurricane Dean so that was the reason for the absence of the urn. She was a very determined woman and the stamp Sinatra song "My Way' was the recurring song at the service blessings to you and yours charlene monday would undergo been my grandmother's 100th bday if she hadn't passed a bring together years ago i think you knew her they are probably sipping tea together alter now in heaven. ♥ Hey Charlene it was a come up organised memorial well done.(PS. Bachan Athwal wept as she was sentenced at the Old Bailey for the “honour killing” of her son’s wife customs officer Surjit Kaur Athwal. 27. The alarm was raised after she failed to return to her home in Hayes west London. Her body believed to be somewhere in Punjab has never been found. Her husband had taken out life insurance policies on his wife worth up to £100,000 (Rs 80 lakh) knowing that she was going to be killed.

This isn't as insidious as the bank scams but it could be a nuisance if we go for it. An anonymous blogging friend (I won't put you on the spot if you're reading this) "invited" me to connect an online social assort called Quechup. I emailed her to say thanks but the communicate and Facebook are all I can bring home the bacon. I don't change surface keep up with MySpace except to say messages. She wrote approve and said she was so glad I turned it drink and directed me to written by a funny and interesting woman in Los Angeles. You'll have to scroll down about three posts because I couldn't find her perma-link but it's worth it. She has a lot to say about Quechup and spam and her graphics are hilarious. Quechup will use your address schedule to automatically displace out invitations to everyone. Then it covers you and your friends with e-mail. I'm not sure if she means spam that comes into our mailboxes or those dreadful pop-ups and hijackers which are even worse. I don't need that aggravation and I'm sure you don't either. Incidentally. Facebook has a similar system but it's not automatic. You can say no or you can restrict the invitations it sends to include only Facebook members. I've never seen any spam attributable to them.=====Ray may be the hospital for a little longer and may require some relatively minor surgery which could bear on a move the the larger hospital in Modesto. I'll know more tomorrow when I see him again. Meantime. I'm hanging in here. Update: I'd no sooner typed this than he called back. They're transferring him at 6:00 a m tomorrow and he'll label as soon as he's settled. I've been without a vehicle for some measure now but I'm sure friends here will drive the 45 miles if I need to go. It may be a one day stay - I don't know yet. More when I experience more.
